05 * June 7th – June 30th

Doreen Slater (Stick Insect) was pregnant too. Adrian thought about who could be the father, and he wished that he wasn’t his father.

He knew the new postman, Courtney Elliot. He didn’t like a postman but a university professor; Adrian thought it because of his clothes. There was a letter to George Mole. It was from Tax Departament, they asked thinks about his father’s work to fill in a form

Adrian and his parents were talking about their holidays. His father said that it was their last holidays because it could be difficult to travel with the baby the next year. They suggested three different places, and they wrote their names on a piece of paper. The George’s option was choosen.

One day, the headmaster of the high school said that Prince William was born. Pandora asked an impertinent question because she was against the Royal Family. She was punished and she was put alone in a desk. Adrian wrote her a note where he gave her his support. But she answered coldly.

Adrian understood that Pandora would never return with him. His friend Nigel organized a blind date for Adrian with Sharon Botts, a girl who would do everything with him for some money and a kilo of grapes. They would meet in a roller-skating rink. Adrian was worried because his “thing” was smaller than Nigiel’s “thing”.

ACTIVIDADES

- In what way is Courtney Elliot not an ordinary postman? Because he looked like a university professor. Adrian thought it because of his clothes.

- How did the family decide where to go on holiday and what does this tell us about the way the family functions? Adrian and his parents wanted to go to different places, so they wrote the pace in a piece of paper and they chose a piece. I think all family members are equal, because Adrian could write his opinion and he could win.
