George Mole received a call when they continued in Skegness. Stick Insect had his baby and Mr Mole was the father. The next day he went to the hospital to see his son, called Brett. Adrian and his mother stayed in Skegness. Adrian phoned Mrs Braithwaite, Pandora’s mother; he explained everything and he asked if she could go to Skegness and take them home. Pauline Mole (Adrian’s mother) started to cry when she saw her.
Adrian was waiting a visited from his grandmother. He was going to tell her that she had a new grandson, because her son had sex with another woman. But Adrian discovered that his grandmother supported Mr Mole and Stick Insect: all the things that she bought to Mrs Mole’s baby were given to her new grandson. Pauline Mole didn’t allow George Mole to return home, so he, Stick Insect, her first son Maxwell and the baby had to go to grandmother’s house.

- How do you think Adrian feels about his new brother? I think he was in a bad moment: his family was breaking. His father left them for another woman, and his grandma didn’t want to help them. He was sad, and he thought it was strange to have a brother. But Adrian was a good person, and he wished the best for his brother.
