Adrian fue invitado a la fiesta de Halloween de su amigo Nigel. No se lo pasó muy bien porque no había ni una sola chica. Nigel decía que las chicas le hacían enfermar.
Quedaba poco para que su madre tuviera al bebé. Durante esos días, la señora Mole visitó a Bert y a Queenie, fue a la peluquería a cortase el pelo y limpió toda la casa. Adrian siempre estaba con ella e iba muy atento por si se ponía de parto en cualquier momento.
Un día, cuando llegó del instituto, Adrian se encontró una nota de su madre donde decía que estaba en el hospital. Inmediatamente fue para allá. Estuvo al lado de ella sujetándola de la mano y pudo quedarse en la sala para ver nacer al bebé. Era una niña.
El señor Mole le llamó para preguntar cómo fue todo; no se sentía bien con su nueva familia y quería regresar con Adrian y su madre. Pandora se alegró mucho al saber la noticia, mientras que su abuela (la madre de George Mole) entristeció.

Adrian was invited to a Halloween party by his friend Nigel. He didn’t enjoy the party very much because there weren’t girls! Nigel said that girls made him ill.
Mrs Mole was going to have the baby soon. During those days, she went to visit Bert and Queennie and to the hairdresser and she cleaned up the house. Adrian was always with her to help her if she would have the baby.
One day, Adrian went to home after the high school and saw a note from his mother saying she was at hospital. He went immediately. Adrian was near Mrs Mole taking her hand. He could stay at the room and see the baby’s birth. It was a girl.
Mr Mole phoned to know the details of the birth; he wasn’t well with his new family and he wanted to return with Adrian and his mother. When Pandora knew the new she shouted for happiness; his grandmother (George Mole’s mother) started to cry.
